theory of personality, the research insights surrounding the use of
the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, factors in life values, and introduces
level of education to yield a more refined and realistic match to
occupations. |

This scale describes where and how you like to focus your attention.
Some people are very action oriented and prefer to learn about
things by direct experience. Other people prefer to understand
a situation and think about it before acting. |

| How You Handle Information, The Way You Look at the World:
This scale describes how you go about finding about things and acquiring information.
Some people prefer to "find out" about things by observing what's is actually happening.
They look at things in a realistic and practical way. Other people look at the big picture
rather than detailed facts. They tend to be imaginative and look for the hidden meaning behind
the facts. |

| Your Decision Making: This scale describes how you go about making
decisions and judgments about things. Some people prefer to be objective and make decisions
by analyzing and weighing the evidence. Other people prefer to make decisions based on
personal values, tactfulness and consideration about other persons. |

kind of lifestyle and approach you take to deal with the things, people and situations
in the world around you. Some people prefer to be structured and organized and get
thins settled. Others prefer to live in a flexible way, keep their options open, seek
alternatives, and improvise. |

| Career Analysis |

| Following the assessment stage, where personality
type and life values are assertained, the user will be presented with
a list of careers, drawn from an occupational database containing
more than 1500 careers. The individual will be given the opportunity
to explore any occupation in depth - engage in an interactive career
analysis - and will have the opportunity to create a "basket of occupations"
that will integrate with the other five core assessments modules in
Focus.
