How it works?
First you will create a profile of your
interests, skills, values, personality, educational preferences,
work experience desires, and leisure activities. FOCUS will
identify occupations that match each of these aspects of your
life. You can then investigate occupations that appeal to you.
With each occupation you explore you will learn about the duties,
education and skills needed, specific working conditions, required
training, job outlook, current and expected earnings, and much
more! As an added benefit, you can also cross-reference the
results from multiple assessments. This will help you narrow
down your options. |
