End User License Agreement (EULA)

***End User License Agreement***
   The purchaser, herein referred to as the "user", agrees to pay a fee of $18.95 to use the FOCUS program. The user may also elect to purchase a workbook at an additional fee of $3.00. These fees will be charged to your credit card after you complete the registration process. By using FOCUS, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. 
   The user agrees that Focus will only be used for their own personal career development. The user further agrees that no one but the registered user shall access the program. No material in the program may be copied or otherwise reproduced, with the exception of the user reports, without the written consent of Career Dimensions, Inc.
   The user may not transfer, rent, lease, resell, assign or lend the FOCUS product to any other party.  The user may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the product. FOCUS is licensed as a single product.  None of its component parts may be separated.
   The user can use the program as many times as desired The only restrictions are that the user can access each phase for a maximum of 5 times and analyze a maximum of 75 occupations.

Limited Warranty:
The user is responsible for determining whether FOCUS meets your particular needs and for the results obtained by its use.  There are no warranties expressed or implied about the appropriateness of FOCUS for your intended purposes.  In no event shall Career Dimensions, Inc. be responsible for any indirect or consequential damage caused by your usage of FOCUS on the Internet.
           
Return and refund policy: 
The user has the right to cancel subscription within 5 days of purchase providing that the user does not log-in to the program, less a $5.00 processing fee. There are no refunds after the user logs in to the program. The FOCUS workbook is nonrefundable. 
           
Privacy Statement: 
All registration and user information is considered strictly confidential. This information will not be released to anyone for any reason whatsoever, unless requested by the user.
